1) Are you trade only? No, anybody is welcome to use our Catalogue on Line. 2) How do I login? On the home page of the catalogue on line you can 'SIGN IN'. Here you can create a new account that will remember your name and address details. Each time you login and place an order, you will only have to enter your card details. 3) What do I do if I forget my password? Enter your login name, click on 'E-mail me my password'. Then click on login. A message will appear to inform you that your password has been sent. 4) Are my details kept private? We do not disclose your details to any third party. 5) What security is used on the catalogue on line? 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, with certification from Thawte. 6) How do I order items? When you have found the item you require, enter the amount of packs you need. Click 'Add to Basket'. You can return back to the menu, or choose another product group from the left hand side of the page. Once you have clicked 'Add to Basket' your item will remain in the basket. You can check on your order by clicking on 'Basket Contents' on the top bar. At this stage you can change the number of packs you wish to order, or remove an item you have ordered incorrectly. When you have finished your order, click on 'Checkout' on the top bar. Next you will have to confirm your name and address details, and then proceed to enter your card details. When you have entered all the correct details confirm your order by clicking 'continue'. You will receive a confirmation of your order, which you should print and keep for your records. 7) Is there a minimum order value? There is no minimum order value, everything is sold in pack quantities. So you can order 1 pack of any item. 8) What are your carriage charges? Carriage/Postage is calculated per weight of the item purchased. When you arrive at the "Checkout" the carriage/postage has already been calculated and is shown. Continue from the checkout to enter payment details, the total amount is displayed including shipping and local sales tax (VAT). 9) I am still a bit nervous about ordering from a website, how can I be sure that I will receive my item(s)? As a way of making our customers feel comfortable when ordering from us, we have provided comments from real customers. 10) Is the site case sensitive? Only your login name and password are case sensitive. 11) How do I look for a specific part? Click on 'Search' on the top bar. You can now enter either Dannell's part number, if you know it, or the manufacturers part number. The results will be displayed. 12) I can't find a product, can you help? If you are having problems finding a product in the catalogue, please do not hesitate to contact the sales desk, by e-mail or telephone with your requests. 13) What does pack size mean? This states how many items are in 1 pack. Your price on screen is for 1 pack. Eg Pack size = 5 pieces, Your order = 7 packs, You will receive 35 pieces of that component. You will be charged 5 times the price of 1 pack. 14) What payment methods do you accept? We accept payment by MasterCard and VISA credit and debit cards. All transactions are undertaken in GBP, United Kingdom Pounds (£). 15) What is the Value Added Tax
(VAT)? This is only applicable within the European Union. Value
Added Tax or VAT is a local sales tax, it is charged on the total value of your
package including shipping. The current VAT rate in the United Kingdom is
